About Dr. Arlene Strugar
Dr. Arlene Binoya-Strugar is a multifaceted Psychologist (Clinical, Industrial, Sports), Human Factors Engineer, Certified Mental Trainer, Holistic Nutritionist, Certified NLP, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Wellness Coach, Board Certified Dementia Practitioner, Licensed Esthetician, Research Scientist who is passionate about bringing out the best in people. She holds a multi-specialty Doctorate in Clinical, Cognitive, Industrial, and Sports Psychology.
With over three decades of experience as a Social Scientist and Human Factors Engineer in the high-tech industry, Dr. Arlene leads innovation research and human factors engineering at the world’s largest technology company. Her diverse expertise in innovation research and product development makes her courses and research both revolutionary and highly competitive. She has spearheaded global studies focused on human-centric innovation, bridging social sciences, life sciences, and technology to improve the quality of life.
As a Board-certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Holistic Nutritionist, and Licensed Esthetician, Dr. Arlene’s passion extends to holistic health, mental health, incorporating psychology, wellness, and cutting-edge technology. She is the founder and CEO of Healuxelife and the creator of NeuroSkinGlow and Holistic Eco-Wellness Spa Certification.
She is also a published author, researcher, and renowned speaker. She frequently presents at prestigious technology, innovation, user experiences, mental health, wellness, and international esthetic and cosmetics conferences. She is an educator at the International Esthetics and Spa Conference (IECSC), Premier Beauty Conference, and LearnSkin, to name a few.
Dr. Arlene is the CEO and co-founder of Naturelle WellEarth Foundation, which advocates for mental health awareness and training. She serves as the state director and producer for Miss Colorado Earth, Miss Oregon Earth, and Miss Washington Earth, an organization focused on environmentalism and global preservation. Through this role, she coaches and mentors delegates, helping them develop a competitive edge, a growth mindset, and a commitment to volunteerism.
As a Sports Psychologist, Dr. Strugar grew up as a competitive athlete and loves to coach her children, who are competitive USA Fencers.
